Learning at 120 Beats-Per-Minute
The MSAD 6 District Wellness Committee has been making a concerted effort to promote movement while learning. Research is clear in advocating for the benefits of movement during class, during learning. It doesn't take a long disruptive workout, but rather short breaks of movement to get the blood pumping and helping kids to focus and increase their learning capacity!
